Refunds Refunds are issued in the following cases: you received a damaged or defective item, you received the wrong item, or your order never arrived.

To request a refund, contact us at kyonshop26@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

Replacements In most cases, we will offer a free replacement instead of a refund. This is the fastest way to resolve any issue.
