Damaged or incorrect items If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 14 days at kyonshop26@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We will send you a free replacement immediately — no return needed.
Change of mind As we ship directly from our suppliers, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. Please make sure to check product details carefully before ordering.
Refunds Refunds are only issued if a replacement cannot be provided. In that case, a full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
